Smart City Exhibition @ [ui!] Hungary
From November 8 - 9th the Budapest University of Technology and Economics was hosting the Smart City Exhibition with an accompanying conference. International as well as domestic exhibitors and visitors were welcomed in Budapest. They ranged from public representatives on state and local to experts from science and technology.
The Smart City Exhibition highlighted tree important topics for the region:
• Domestic and international smart city development projects, achievements
• Smart city solutions presented by companies
• Driving Support Systems, Automated Driving Solutions
In the Central Building of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, a UNESCO World Heritage site, exhibitors presented the latest developments, innovative technologies, best operational practices and procedures in the sectors of infrastructure, transportation, information technology and construction.
“We were excited to share our vision for many innovative areas such as transport and vehicle fleet development and e-mobility during the panels of the conference and in many bilateral talks throughout the exhibition”, said Dr. Péter Bakonyi, Head of the SmartPolis project at Budapest University of Technology and Economics and CEO of [ui!] Hungary.
