Crisis prevention floods
Recommendations for action to optimise your crisis plans
Recommendations for action to optimise your crisis plans
Many of you know the challenge: in complex events and crises, data is often scattered across different departments, decisions are delayed and valuable time is lost. This is exactly where we come in. Our complete package offers a central platform that intelligently brings together and analyses all relevant data from different infrastructures and sources. This enables immediate, well-founded, integrated recommendations for action. In contrast to stand-alone solutions, our solution provides you with a holistic overview that helps you to act quickly and efficiently.
The added value for local authorities therefore consists of generating the relevant "information" from the available data in order to gain insights from which the recommendations for action can be derived. This creates the necessary "knowledge" to be better prepared for future complex events.
Fast. Efficient. Data-based.
No more scattered information - now all in one place!
Our platform bundles 🌦️ weather data, water levels, traffic data and other data sources. With the help of our data labs [ui!] DATALAB, we analyse this data using AI to generate valuable insights and recommendations for action. These recommendations serve as information for the municipal alarm plan to create a data-based picture of the situation.
The result:
More insights, more knowledge - for your municipality
The real added value for local authorities lies in using the data we provide to generate relevant information for stakeholders and the population. Our platform enables you to gain valuable insights that lead directly to specific recommendations for action. This newly acquired knowledge prepares you optimally for future events so that you can act faster, more efficiently and more safely. The centralised pooling and intelligent analysis of data creates the basis for sustainable and data-supported crisis management.
For ten years, [ui!] UrbanPulse, the longest-running municipal data platform on the market, has ensured that municipalities can collect relevant data on their municipal data platform in order to gain the necessary insights into key areas of action in the smart city/smart region and thus derive recommendations for action.
We started with the necessary insights into the municipal traffic situation and the sustainable use of electromobility, followed by other municipal infrastructures such as street lighting, pedestrian frequency detection and water management. One of the insights gained was the realisation that municipalities have to invest a lot of time and energy, especially in the procurement of relevant data, and that implementation can still fail.
We have therefore added the concept of complete packages for selected use cases to our portfolio of solutions.
Climate change and extreme weather events are on the increase. Flooding is just one example of the crises that we will face more frequently in the future.
With our complete package, we want to support you in taking the right measures in good time - without a great deal of effort for your IT department.
